Lalalalala... *Procrastinating*

I should be working on my paper, but instead I'm here informing you all about what has happened over the last week ^^;;

Truly the biggest update has to be the fact that I'm actually getting better at Cross Country. I'm no longer the horrible failure that I was a week or so ago. You know what this means... I'm not the worst person on the team anymore!!! Yay, so now I feel all special. Ooh, speaking of XC, we had the best run of the year today. It's held once a year at Great Falls, but it should be held so much more often! We have a 1 hour fun run around the whole entire park, wherever we want to go ^_^ Of course this means that we run for a bit and then find ourselves a trail to walk on. For a fun run, though, we didn't do a lot of walking like we usually do. It was actually enjoyable to run there, since there are so many rocks and trees and crap that you have to dodge. Then, about 15 minutes into our run, we find some rocks at the edge of the river (hence the falls...) and start climbing around. Half an hour later we are drenched in sweat and spider webs ^^

It was a great run. Too bad Sahil couldn't come, he would've liked it a lot... Yeah, I'm not really pissed at him anymore. I actually slept over at his house a few days ago which was pretty fun. We did lots of stuff and then the next day we had more fun at practice. Funny enough, since I didn't have a ride, I get James to take me home, but halfway there, his dad just decides to take me to their house. So, I again sleep over at a friend's house, which was fun except for the fact that I was really tired the next day.

*Sigh* Wow, it's been a long week. I've been all alone this week and my parents are finally coming back home tomorrow (hopefully). Yeah, they're supposed to go to Miami on their way here, but they might not be able to because of the hurricane. Well, no matter what they'll be back soon and things will be back to normal...

Which reminds me... school... School will be starting next Tuesday... I can't believe that summer ended so fast. This year I had no huge vacation and I really have done so many things, but not once have I been dead bored. I still have so many things to do before school starts, but it's starting this week anyways... Oh well, let's hope that this year will be good and that I finish this paper on time ^^;; Wish me luck and I'll see you later.

PS: I'm working on getting a gerbil, gonna ask my parents once they get back ^_^
